How much is the cancellation fee?
For cancellations 2-9 days in advance - 20% of the hotel rate, for the day before - 50%, for the same day - 80%, and for a no-show - 100%.

Could I have a room on one of the higher floors?
Please request such a room when you make your reservation.
Please understand that there may be times due to the number of reservations when we cannot fulfill your request.

Wheelchairs can be used in the hotel, but we do not have any completely barrier-free rooms.
Assistance in the guest rooms and the hot spring will be necessary.
There are barrier-free toilets on the 1t floor of Hon-kan (Main building) and on the 3rd floor of Bekkan (Annex).

There is no extra charge for children under kindergarten age who are sharing a room with an adult.

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is 10:00am.
